I launched Urban Baazaar in May 2026 from New Delhi, alongside my father Bandnesh, who is the registered proprietor of this business. Right now, you're one of the first people to ever visit this store. There are no fake reviews here, no "trusted by 10,000 customers" banners, and no call centre hiding behind a ticket number. Just a father and son, a small catalogue of products we personally curate, and a promise: when something goes wrong, you'll talk to me directly on WhatsApp, not a bot.

Why we started this

We're tired of how Indian online shopping has become a game of "guess what you'll actually receive." Instagram ads promise one thing, the courier delivers something else, and customer support is a black hole.
