How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Browse our store, click on the product you like, select your preferred options, and click 'Add to Cart'. When you're ready, go to your cart and click 'Checkout'. Fill in your delivery details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation message right away!

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most pin codes in India. Simply select COD at checkout. COD availability depends on your delivery location and will be shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available for select pin codes. Orders placed before 12 PM are processed the same day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email. You can also visit our Track My Order page and enter your order number to get real-time updates.

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 83688 21352 or email support@urbanbaazaar.in. We'll arrange a pickup and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
