Our 7-Day Return Policy

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery — no complicated process, no stress.

Items Eligible for Return

Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Items NOT Eligible for Return

Items that have been used, washed, or altered
Items without original tags or packaging
Perishable goods or items marked as non-returnable

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Share your order number and a photo of the item
Our team will confirm your return within 24 hours
Pack the item securely and hand it over to our pickup agent (we arrange pickup)

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method:

UPI / Bank Transfer: 5–7 business days
Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer (you'll need to share your bank details)
