💰 Pricing & GST

All prices listed on Urban Baazaar are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax) as per Indian tax regulations. You will never be charged extra tax at checkout. A GST-compliant invoice is provided with every order.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days across India. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days; some remote pin codes may take a little longer.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders — across India, for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery. No hidden delivery charges.
Pay online & save: choose prepaid at checkout and get ₹100 off with code PREPAID100.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. COD availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Note: We verify all COD orders via WhatsApp/SMS before dispatch to ensure smooth delivery.

↩️ Returns & Replacements

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email. You can also track your order on our Track My Order page using your order number.
