We deliver across India — from big cities to small towns. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

💰 Pricing & GST

All prices listed on Urban Baazaar are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax) as per Indian tax regulations. You will never be charged extra tax at checkout. A GST-compliant invoice is provided with every order.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days across India
Express Delivery: Available at checkout for select pin codes (2–3 business days)
Orders placed before 12 PM are processed the same day. Orders after 12 PM are processed the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: FREE delivery — Use code PREPAID at checkout
COD Orders: ₹99 flat delivery charge.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. COD availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Note: We verify all COD orders via WhatsApp/SMS before dispatch to ensure smooth delivery.

Prepaid — Pay online via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallets. Use code PREPAID for FREE shipping.
Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay cash when your order arrives. ₹99 delivery charge applies.

↩️ 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days for a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original sealed packaging.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email. You can also track your order on our Track My Order page using your order number.

Delays

While we always aim to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or high order volumes (especially during festive seasons). We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.
